2. What data do we request and why?
Your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry topic and message are used to contact you and discuss your requirements. For car sourcing, you may optionally provide the make/model, year and budget. Please do not send identity documents, payment card information or special categories of personal data through this form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your enquiry, clarify your car sourcing or IT requirements and prepare a possible offer. Where you request steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other professional enquiries or business contact, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller and the sender in communicating and responding, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
4. Transmission and retention
Messages are sent to the plesatradingsro@gmail.com mailbox. Hosting.com hosting and Google email services are involved in transmission. Use of Google services may involve processing outside the EEA; details are governed by Google’s applicable privacy and data transfer terms. Google Privacy Policy.
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to resolve the matter. Data that is not needed for further cooperation, legal claims or statutory obligations is deleted after the matter is closed. If a contract is concluded, the relevant contractual and statutory retention requirements apply.
5. Technical operation
The form uses a session cookie necessary for security. To limit repeated automated submissions, the server may process a technical identifier derived from the IP address and the time of the last successful submission. The hosting service may also maintain security and access logs. The website’s own code does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and images are stored locally.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Slovak Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky: dataprotection.gov.sk.
